Be it Enacted
by the People of the State of Colorado
Article V of
the constitution of the state of Colorado is amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW
SECTION to read:
Section 19a. Expiration of Laws not
subject to referendum
AN ACT OF THE
GENERAL ASSEMBLY NOT SUBJECT TO THE REFERENDUM POWER OF THE PEOPLE SHALL EXPIRE
ONE YEAR AFTER THE DATE OF PASSAGE.
